1. Objeto del Programa
El Programa de Referidos de Luca by Upfunding (operado por Inmediato LLC, en adelante "Luca") permite a clientes actuales recomendar negocios que puedan acceder a financiamiento con Luca y recibir una recompensa cuando esos referidos fondeen su primer financiamiento.
2. Quién puede participar
Pueden participar clientes activos de Luca, mayores de edad, con un financiamiento vigente o liquidado en buen estado. No pueden participar empleados de Inmediato LLC ni personas con conflicto de interés directo.
3. Cómo funciona
- El cliente referente envía los datos del negocio referido a través del formulario oficial del programa, confirmando que cuenta con consentimiento del referido para compartir su información.
- El equipo comercial de Luca contacta al referido y evalúa si califica para nuestros productos de financiamiento.
- Si el referido cierra y fondea su primer financiamiento con Luca, el referente genera la recompensa.
4. Recompensa
La recompensa es de USD $500 por cada cliente nuevo referido que fondee su primer financiamiento con Luca. La recompensa se paga a los 10 días corridos posteriores al fondeo, y puede ser entregada — a elección del referente — de las siguientes maneras:
- Transferencia bancaria a la cuenta del referente; o
- Crédito contra un financiamiento activo del referente con Luca, reduciendo el saldo pendiente por el monto equivalente.
La recompensa no incluye reducciones a la tasa de financiamiento de productos vigentes ni futuros.
5. Exclusiones
- No aplica a renovaciones de clientes existentes ni a clientes que ya hayan tenido relación comercial previa con Luca.
- No aplica si el referido fue contactado por Luca antes de la fecha del referido formal.
- No aplica si la información proporcionada es falsa, incompleta o se incurre en mala fe.
- No aplica si el referido cancela el financiamiento dentro de los primeros 30 días posteriores al fondeo.
6. Consentimiento y datos personales
Al enviar un referido, el referente declara que cuenta con el consentimiento expreso del negocio referido para compartir sus datos de contacto con Luca para los fines del programa. Los datos serán tratados conforme a la política de privacidad de Luca y la normativa aplicable, y se utilizarán únicamente para evaluación comercial y comunicación.
7. Reportes fiscales
La recompensa puede estar sujeta a reportes fiscales según la jurisdicción del referente. Es responsabilidad del referente declarar correctamente los ingresos recibidos ante las autoridades fiscales correspondientes.
8. Modificaciones
Luca se reserva el derecho de modificar, suspender o dar por terminado el programa en cualquier momento, así como de ajustar los términos de recompensa, sin perjuicio de las recompensas ya generadas conforme a estos términos.

1. Purpose of the Program
The Luca by Upfunding Referral Program (operated by Inmediato LLC, hereinafter "Luca") allows current customers to recommend businesses that may qualify for financing with Luca and to receive a reward when those referrals fund their first financing.
2. Eligibility
Active Luca customers of legal age, with a current or successfully completed financing in good standing, may participate. Employees of Inmediato LLC and individuals with a direct conflict of interest are excluded.
3. How it works
- The referring customer submits the referred business's information through the official program form, confirming they have the referred party's consent to share their information.
- Luca's sales team contacts the referral and evaluates eligibility for our financing products.
- If the referral closes and funds their first financing with Luca, the referrer earns the reward.
4. Reward
The reward is USD $500 for each new referred customer who funds their first financing with Luca. The reward is paid within 10 calendar days after funding and may be delivered — at the referrer's choice — as:
- Bank transfer to the referrer's account; or
- Credit against an active financing the referrer holds with Luca, reducing the outstanding balance by the equivalent amount.
The reward does not include reductions to the financing rate of current or future products.
5. Exclusions
- Does not apply to renewals from existing customers or to customers who have had a prior commercial relationship with Luca.
- Does not apply if the referral was already contacted by Luca before the formal referral date.
- Does not apply if the information provided is false, incomplete, or submitted in bad faith.
- Does not apply if the referral cancels the financing within 30 days of funding.
6. Consent and personal data
By submitting a referral, the referrer declares they have the express consent of the referred business to share its contact information with Luca for the purposes of the program. Data will be handled in accordance with Luca's privacy policy and applicable regulations, and used solely for commercial evaluation and communication.
7. Tax reporting
The reward may be subject to tax reporting depending on the referrer's jurisdiction. It is the referrer's responsibility to properly declare the income received to the applicable tax authorities.
8. Changes
Luca reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time and to adjust reward terms, without affecting rewards already earned under these terms.
